These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and yes4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://yes4d.click and all associated services, products, tools, and features made available thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the yes4d platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the yes4d platform and must immediately cease access.

These Terms apply to all users of yes4d globally, including players based in Malaysia. Where Malaysian law or local payment regulations are referenced — for example, in relation to transactions processed via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or any other Malaysian payment service — those references are provided for informational context and do not constitute legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registering and maintaining an account on yes4d is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. yes4d operates a strict 21+ age policy in line with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of yes4d or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by yes4d or any recognised responsible gambling organisation at the time of registration.
• Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full range of yes4d services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

yes4d is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back — or valid passport.
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement showing the account number matching your Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, or Public Bank account).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where requested.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security code with any third party. yes4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

yes4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

yes4d supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure convenient and secure fund management for all players.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The Platform currently accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to change at yes4d's discretion: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• yes4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is subject to method-specific limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved through the KYC process.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be fully met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes for verified e-wallet and DuitNow requests. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours. yes4d targets but does not guarantee these timelines.

yes4d offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers vary by promotion and are clearly displayed at the point of claiming.
• A maximum bet per round or per spin applies whilst using bonus funds. Exceeding this cap — typically RM250–RM500 depending on the promotion — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have a specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary: slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 8.

All wagers placed on yes4d are governed by the specific rules applicable to the game or event in question. The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• Bets are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where specific product rules provide otherwise.
• yes4d reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, yes4d's decision — made in good faith with reference to available official results — shall be final.
• For live sports betting (including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC events), bets accepted after an event's natural conclusion — due to data latency — will be voided and the stake returned.
• The Platform uses independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all slot and virtual games. Game results are final and are recorded in our secure transaction logs.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game or event type and are displayed at the point of wagering. yes4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yes4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes or sporting events.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or obvious pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or placing structured bets designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory or using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographical access controls.
• Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.

All content on the yes4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of yes4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; reverse-engineer any game logic or software component; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Platform are the registered or unregistered trademarks of yes4d or their respective owners. Unauthorised use of any such marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, yes4d specifically disclaims liability for:

• Financial losses arising from wagering outcomes, including losses on sports bets, casino games, or any other betting product.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data transmission failures beyond yes4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, game data, or result feeds provided by third-party data suppliers, where yes4d acts in good faith to correct or void affected bets.
• Any third-party content, websites, or services linked to or referenced by the Platform.

In any event, yes4d's aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yes4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support Players in maintaining healthy gambling habits. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users of the yes4d Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified intervals of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform without triggering a full self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Set reminders to review your session history and current balance at regular intervals.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

12.1 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting yes4d support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

12.2 Closure by yes4d

yes4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• A request or directive from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• yes4d's decision to cease operations in a particular market or jurisdiction.

In cases of termination for cause, yes4d may, at its discretion, withhold any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds subject to active investigation pending resolution.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yes4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with yes4d informally by contacting our support team in the first instance. yes4d will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

yes4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Where changes are material, yes4d will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the yes4d Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of the most current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
